In a very dark time of my life after losing my dad, God said in the midst of my grief, “I have use of you”. God said, “I will guide your hand to pen a book for those that will experience grief and, in this book, they receive a daily dose of encouragement while I am healing them within. Then shortly after the release of my self-published book “Daily Dose of Encouragements” he spoke Tullidge Publishing into existence and the new business was launched with the help of the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

Let us assist you with your publication needs. Our slogan at Tullidge Publishing LLC is “You Can’t Mute Me”! It’s time to stand up for who he has called you to be and speak up for what he has given you to say.

We were incorporated on February 15, 2021. God is continuing the build this vessel for His glory!

What is an ISBN used for?

An ISBN is essentially a product identifier used by publishers, booksellers, libraries, internet retailers, and other supply chain participants for ordering, listing, sales records, and stock control purposes.

The ISBN identifies the registrant as well as the specific title, edition, and format. Any book made publicly available, whether for sale or on a gratis basis, can be identified by ISBN.

The ISBN is an identifier and does not convey any form of legal or copyright protection. However, in some countries, the use of ISBN to identify publications has been made a legal requirement.

A trademark can be any word, phrase, symbol, design, or combination of these things that identifies your goods or services. It’s how customers recognize you in the marketplace and distinguish you from your competitors.

A trademark:

Identifies the source of your goods or services.

Provides legal protection for your brand.

Helps you guard against counterfeiting and fraud.

You become a trademark owner as soon as you start using your trademark with your goods or services. You establish rights in your trademark by using it, but those rights are limited, and they only apply to the geographic area in which you’re providing your goods or services. If you want stronger, nationwide rights, you’ll need to apply to register your trademark with us.

Timing 8 to 14 months.

What is Copyright?

Copyright is a type of intellectual property that protects original works of authorship as soon as an author fixes the work in a tangible form of expression. In copyright law, there are a lot of different types of works, including paintings, photographs, illustrations, musical compositions, sound recordings, computer programs, books, poems, blog posts, movies, architectural works, plays, and so much more!

U.S. copyright law provides copyright owners with the following exclusive rights:

Reproduce the work in copies or phono records.

Prepare derivative works based upon the work.

Distribute copies or phono records of the work to the public by sale or other transfer of ownership or by rental, lease, or lending.

Perform the work publicly if it is a literary, musical, dramatic, or choreographic work; a pantomime; or a motion picture or other audiovisual work.

Display the work publicly if it is a literary, musical, dramatic, or choreographic work; a pantomime; or a pictorial, graphic, or sculptural work. This right also applies to the individual images of a motion picture or other audiovisual work.

Perform the work publicly by means of a digital audio transmission if the work is a sound recording.

Copyright also provides the owner of copyright the right to authorize others to exercise these exclusive rights, subject to certain statutory limitations.

Timing up to 1 month.

What is a website?

A website is a collection of related material that contains text, and images, and may also include video, audio, or other media.

A website can be as simple as a few static pages or as complex as several web applications running simultaneously, and everything in between. See the Kinds of websites section below for details.

A domain name is the address of your website that people type in the browser’s URL bar to visit your website.

In other words, if your website was a house, then your domain name will be its address.

Website Host

Web hosting is the place where all the files of your website live. It is like the home of your website where it actually lives.

A good way to think about this is if the domain name was the address of your house, then web hosting is the actual house that the addresses point to. All websites on the internet, need web hosting.

To build a website, you will need both a domain name and a web hosting account.

Buying a domain name alone only gives you the right to use that particular domain name for a specific period (usually 1 year).

You need web hosting to store your website’s files. After you get hosting, you need to update your domain name settings and point it to your web hosting service provider.
